Own paid user acquisition and growth for the HiveShorts app across Meta, Google, TikTok and other channels. Long-term incentives available.

You will

  • Set up and run app-install and subscription campaigns with a data-driven, test-and-scale approach.
  • Define the creative testing system and brief editors every week.
  • Own CPI, retention, ROAS and payback targets, and report them clearly.
  • Get tracking and attribution right with our developers.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing growth team.

You have

  • 3+ years of hands-on UA for short-drama, video, novel, game or other subscription/IAP apps.
  • A track record you can show: spend managed, CPI/ROAS achieved, markets run.
  • Deep knowledge of Meta, Google App campaigns and TikTok Ads; Southeast Asia or Latin America experience is a plus.
  • Business English; Chinese is a plus.

Content Licensing BD Lead

Sell our drama rights to platforms, broadcasters and distributors worldwide, with a focus on buyouts and title packages. Commission on closed deals; long-term incentives available.

You will

  • Build and work a pipeline of buyers across regions.
  • Prepare offers, negotiate terms and close deals with our legal and finance support.
  • Work with our regional partners on deals in their markets.
  • Keep a clean buyer database and represent us at markets when it makes sense.

You have

  • 4+ years in content sales, licensing or distribution (film, TV, animation or short drama).
  • An active buyer network in at least one region, and deals you can talk about.
  • Fluent Chinese and business English; another language is a plus.

You will

  • Run localization for Indonesian, Vietnamese, English, Portuguese (BR) and Spanish: vendors, freelancers, AI tools and quality checks.
  • Plan dubbing and subtitle schedules so every language ships on time and to a high standard.
  • Choose which titles go to which market, together with growth and licensing.
  • Build style guides and mentor language reviewers and interns.

You have

  • 4+ years in localization, dubbing or post-production for film, TV, games or apps.
  • Experience managing multi-language projects and vendors.
  • Fluent Chinese and strong English.

Short tasks (about one hour)

Growth & UA Lead

A one-page 30-day launch plan for a short-drama app in Indonesia or Vietnam: channels, budget split, campaign structure, creative testing, target CPI and ROAS, and your scale rules. Add one past result you are proud of.

Content Licensing BD Lead

Name 5 buyers in a region you know and the package you would offer each (titles, rights, term, buyout or package pricing). Then write a 150-word first e-mail to one of them.

Content & Localization Lead

Localize the sample synopsis below into one of our languages (or English), and describe how you would deliver a 60-episode drama in three languages within two weeks: steps, quality checks and how you keep delivery efficient.

Regional Partner / Country Lead

A one-page plan: your network, your first 90 days, three target buyers or partners, and the results you expect.

Tech Lead (Full-stack)

A GitHub link or code sample, and up to 200 words on how you would design an "unlock next episode" API with coins and subscriptions while keeping video delivery fast and efficient at scale.
